Petrzalka City is a long-term investment plan to build a new city district in the centrally located area of the Petrzalka District. The area is bordered on the north by Rusovska cesta, on the east by the public transport System II. stage, on the south by Romanova street and on the west by the water flow Chorvatske rameno.
The master plan of the territory represents a vision of the new zone of Petrzalka City in the central location of the city district. Through 27 schemes declares urban categories and architectural elements, defines public space systems and their relationships, brings the basic schemes of mobility, technical infrastructure and landscape. Master plan goes from larger units to details, which describes in the form of general principles and recommendations. In cooperation with the Department of Chief Architect of Bratislava - Ingrid Konrad, we have expanded master plan by the so-called area manual - a 100-page document that serves as a conceptual basis for the future development of the site in a broader relationship and context.
