The Petrzalka city area still lacks the typical features of urban life. A boulevard, a city avenue, a center clearly articulated and visible from a far distance. The urban study covers an area of 25 hectares. The main north-south center line is represented by Jantárová road. At its intersection with road Rusovská is the major spot, a place from which the spatial hierarchy of the entire area is developed. Three high-rise buildings indicate that the center is right here. A center of multiple importance: administrative, ecumenical, conventional, shopping and entertainment. The hotel and housing in close contact with the natural elements of the Chorvátske rameno distributary is incorporated into the new park. Also, there is a new transport system with a modern tram.
