Cemetery and railway line. The place is not much, but still a pleasant oasis of smaller houses with nice green corners was created here. Four houses and one semi-detached house are designed as new buildings, the last building was once the corporate headquarters of the investor, but it has changed beyond recognition and is now a family house with two apartments. The urban solution is designed to eliminate the negative aspects of the plot. There is a driveway and parking next to the railway, the houses are as far from the track as possible. At the same time, they are turned to achieve a favorable southwest or southeast orientation of the interior spaces. Despite the cramped conditions, each of the houses has its own garden, one or two terraces on the ground, and some even managed to have another terrace well hidden in the sloping plane of the roof.
