Detail
Openness. There is almost nothing hidden behind the glass facade, which is why the relations between the spaces are as transparent as possible. Glass walls optically enlarge even relatively small rooms. Generosity. Transparency is programmatic, it is reflected in the true industrially tuned design of individual elements: the construction of ceilings is acknowledged, there are industrial lamps in the entrance hall, the exact form of a glass railing on the staircase as well as a suspended metal ceiling. In addition, a floor made of sanded concrete and unexpected details, such as washbasins inserted in steel gratings. Cultivated roughness.
