Rhubarb in the Project Magazine
24. April 2024

After its resurrection, Projekt magazine became the only Slovak printed periodical focusing on critical reflections on contemporary architectural creation. We are pleased that Rebarborová family houses have penetrated into the issue dedicated to family housing, that is, a segment with a relatively numerous implementation background and therefore considerable competition.

A few sentences from the review:
"The start of the tour, or rather the arrival and access to this small condominium, when I made my way past a large cemetery and rather inappropriate Harley Davidson buildings, between garages, along the railway and through winding roads, really did not bode well. But I have to say that I was not at all disappointed, but rather excited.'

"All seven houses seem clean, gentle and non-violent. In particular, the change of orientation and modifications of the houses created the impression of a creative author's intention with the desired and economic repeatability. The whole area impressed me with its minimalism, simple and integral color of the buildings and the shapely silhouette of the sloping roofs."
