The location is also easily visible from road no. 503, which unfortunately cuts Malacky into two seemingly disparate parts of the city. Towering over it is the iconic relic of the wood drying plant – the chimney, which was given the poetic name of the Dancing Couple. We installed 266 and 300 apartments in the area in two variant proposals, but the main thing is above all what will help create an urban atmosphere - public spaces, sidewalks and cycle paths connected to the surroundings and the city center, an active parterre with shops, cafes and restaurants, a market hall, a sports hall, and all sorts of other things that are the basis of any healthily oversized urbanity.
