A hall is usually a purely utilitarian space. Even the investor said: „I have something for you, but you will probably not like to work on it... it´s only a hall.” Yes, but with higher architectural ambitions. A simple orthogonal mass with a protruding metal frame. Discreet from the outside and inside full of surprises.
