The project represents one of the pilot plans for the urbanization of the area between Karlova Ves and Dúbravka. A nice south-eastern slope made for living with a good connection to the main road - Schneider Trnavsky Street. The multifunctional complex works with the idea of six point buildings, which will be supplemented in the future by a group of family houses and town villas on the west side. Apartment buildings are grouped in pairs on a common base of multi-level garages. Between the houses, three interconnected micro squares with a commercial parterre will be created. The checkerboard layout of the houses creates a system of semi-private spaces designed for relaxation and the development of community life.
